If you want to delete your game status in Township, it's quite easy to do. To do so, simply follow the simple instructions step by step.

Township is a farming and city building game in which users can build factories, harvest crops and produce goods. If you are no longer satisfied with your game status, you can reset or delete it.

  • If you are not connected to Game Center on iOS, Google Plus on Android or Facebook, you can simply delete the app from your smartphone. When you delete the app, your Township game progress will also disappear.
  • If you download the Township app again and return to your old save game, your old save game is connected to Game Center or Google Plus.
  • In this case, you can log out of Game Center or sign out of your Google account. This is a quick solution, but not the best one.
  • You can also simply install the game on another device to start over. Danger: If your game progress is linked to your Facebook or Apple ID, you should not connect it to the same account when using a second device. Otherwise, the game progress will synchronize automatically after installing the app.



Delete game progress with customer support

If you play Township on PC or don't want to delete the app, there is another option you can use. You must always contact customer support first.

  • iOS/Android: For iOS and Android devices, open the settings and select the item Help and Support > Game progress and select the relevant topic. At the bottom of the screen you will find the question Was this helpful?. Tap No andthen on Contact us. Formulate your request and press From you. Then wait for a response.
  • Windows: Open the Game settings and go to Report a problem. Request the complete deletion of your personal data and confirm with Submit. A member of the support team will then contact you.
  • macOS: Here too, open the Game settings and tap Help and Support. At the bottom right you will see the chat symbol, which you can open with a click. Request the complete deletion of your personal data again and then tap From you. If you are “only” offered to read a few articles on the topic, click on “I still have questions”. Then select the category City progress and go to the category Delete data. Again, an employee will contact you.
