If your Samsung washing machine displays an error message even though you were just about to tackle the pile of laundry, it's annoying. You can fix some errors yourself.
Samsung washing machine: error message water supply problems
Error code 4E / 4C – Measures:
- Check that the tap is fully open.
- Check the supply hose for kinks and/or blockages.
- Check the water pressure.
Samsung washing machine: water level problem
Error code 1E / 1C – Measures:
- Check the connection to the water supply.
- Check the condition of the supply hose.
Samsung washing machine: water drainage problems
Error code 5E / 5C / E2 / SE – Measures:
- Check the drain hose for blockages or kinks.
- Turn off the washing machine and unplug it. Then carry out an emergency emptying. Then clean the lint filter and, if necessary, the pump filter.
Samsung washing machine: engine problems
Error code 3E/3C – Measures:
- First check the power supply.
- Make sure the drum is not overloaded.
- Unplug the washing machine for 20 minutes. If nothing happens after that, seek the advice of an expert.
