An update on your Navigon device is no longer possible since the end of 2020. However, you can still use your device.
Navigon updates discontinued: All information at a glance
As of December 1, 2020, Navigon no longer provides updates for its navigation devices and apps. Customer service has also been discontinued.
- For Navigon users this means: You can continue to use your Navigon device and apps that you have already installed.
- The NAVIGON Telekom Select app is an exception to this. It is also not possible to reinstall Navigon apps.
- In addition, Navigon apps no longer support online functions. This affects, for example, the TrafficLive service with current traffic reports, but also the weather function and fuel price information.
