Finding the right Apple support hotline is not that easy. There is a separate telephone number for support requests.
Apple Support phone number
There is a free number in Germany to call for Apple support.
- Before doing so, you should make sure that your Apple warranty is still active. Without an extension through “Apple Care”, this is only valid for one year from the date of purchase – limited to two years. You can check your support rights with Apple at https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do.
- Before you call, you should also find out the serial number of your device. For iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, you can find this in the settings under “General” – “About”. For Mac computers, you can find the serial number in the menu bar under the Apple logo – “About this Mac”.
- Now you are well prepared for your phone call. Dial the following number: 0800 6645 451.
- Select the appropriate device category from the automated announcement and enter the corresponding number. You will then be connected to an Apple employee.
- Additional Apple phone numbers – for example for the online store or general purchasing – can be found on the Apple site and https://www.apple.com/de/contact/.
