You can top up your Aldi Talk prepaid mobile phone card either online or via SMS. The app is also an option.
Top up Aldi Talk online – via the provider's website
For the first online top-up, go to Aldi Talk and click on “My Aldi Talk”.
- Log in with your phone number and password.
- Below your current balance, click on “Top up balance” and then on “Via your bank account”.
- Payment is made by direct debit. You must provide your bank details once.
- Using “Instant Top-up” you can renew your credit directly by choosing an amount.
Automatic charging – without constant checking
If you don't want to constantly check your account balance using the key combination *100#, Aldi Talk will also automatically top up your prepaid card.
- To do this, select “Automatic top-up” when topping up online on the website or in the Aldi Talk app.
- You can now choose whether your card should be topped up at the beginning of each month or when your balance falls below €5.
Alternatives to online top-up
If you don't want to give your bank details online, you can also buy a voucher the next time you visit Aldi. You can get one in every branch, with an amount between 5 and 30 euros. You can then top up your credit using the number on it.
- You then have various options on your mobile phone to transfer the new credit. You can enter *104* on the keypad, followed by the number on the receipt and a # at the end. After pressing the # key, press the handset to complete the process.
- Another option would be the hotline 1155. After dialing, press the four key and then enter the receipt number again with the # key at the end. The number will then be repeated once more before you end the process by pressing the 1 key.
- You can also top up the credit on your SIM card online and via the Aldi Talk app using the voucher. Unlike with a bank account, you now select the option for the credit voucher. Then you just have to enter the number and confirm.
