If you want to cancel your Klarmobil contract, it is usually very easy. There are several ways to submit the cancellation to the provider.
Cancel Klarmobil contract
If you would like to cancel your Klarmobil contract, the provider offers you several options to do so.
- The quickest way to cancel your Klarmobil contract is by phone. Simply call the cancellation hotline 040 / 34 8585 302 If you request cancellation, you will need to provide your mobile phone number. To confirm your identity, you will then need to provide some of your personal information.
- The hotline is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Alternatively, you can also cancel in writing. Send your letter to the following address: klarmobil GmbH, PO Box 0661, 24753 Rendsburg.
- Even if Klarmobil does not explicitly mention this option, cancellation by email is also possible. Simply send your letter to [email protected].
- The termination can look like this: “Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby terminate my Klarmobil contract with the telephone number 0155 123456789 at the earliest possible date. Please send me a written confirmation of the termination. Kind regards, Max Mustermann.”

What you need to consider
You can submit your cancellation to Klarmobil at any time. When the contract is ultimately terminated depends on the term and the time of cancellation.
- If you use a prepaid contract from Klarmobil, you can cancel it at any time with 14 days' notice. Your contract will therefore end 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. If you would like to take your cell phone number with you to another provider, you can also set a desired day in the coming weeks as the cancellation date.
- If you use a 24-month contract with Klarmobil, the notice period is 1 month. Your notice of termination must therefore be received by Klarmobil at least 1 month before the end of the contract term so that the contract is terminated in good time after the 24 months have expired. If you miss the notice period, the contract will be extended by 1 month.
- Regardless of whether you have a prepaid or 24-month mobile phone contract: If you want to take your mobile phone number with you to a new provider, you should mention this in the cancellation notice or subsequently submit a porting request or number transfer request. You can submit this request during the contract term or at the regular end of the term – depending on when you want to take your number with you.
