Joyn doesn't work: How to solve the problem
You can use the Joyn streaming service via app on your smartphone or tablet, as well as in the browser. You can also stream Joyn via the Amazon Fire TV Stick. If you experience any issues while using the service, you can try the following steps:
- First, check if you have an active internet connection.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app on your smartphone or tablet. If you view Joyn's content on your PC, check whether your browser is up to date. If this is not the case, you need to update the browser.
- Joyn's servers could also be to blame for the problem. To check this, use websites like alletreib.de. If many people have reported problems with the service here, you can assume that Joyn's servers are down. In this case, you have no choice but to wait until the problem is resolved.
