With Saturn, an exchange is usually easy. There are a few things to keep in mind for Marketplace sales and sealed products.
Exchanging at Saturn: These are the rules
Saturn offers you a gracious return policy that applies to both in-store and online purchases.
- Saturn grants a 14-day right of return for complete and unused goods. If you have a Saturn Card, this period is extended to 28 days.
- To return you will need proof of purchase.
- The goods should, if possible, be in the original packaging and unused.
- You can return goods purchased in a branch to a SATURN store of your choice. It doesn't have to be the branch from which the product originally comes.
- You have several return options for items purchased online: return to the Saturn store, return via DHL or collection by a shipping company for large appliances.
- To return an item via DHL, log in to your customer account. You can create a return label under “My Purchases” > “Return Items”. To have an item picked up by a shipping company, contact customer service on 0221 / 22 243 333.
Saturn return policy: You need to know these special features
Special regulations apply to purchases via the Saturn Marketplace:
- To revoke or cancel your order, please contact the relevant marketplace seller directly, not Saturn customer service. Returns must be made directly to the Marketplace seller. You will receive return labels directly from the respective marketplace seller.
- For orders with items from different sellers, the return must be made to the respective sellers individually.
- Items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. in-ear headphones) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- The same applies to sealed recordings and computer software. These items are also excluded from return. Exceptions generally apply if the goods are defective. Here you can complain within the legal warranty.
