Find and edit your Amazon watch list: Here's how to do it

You can permanently save your purchase wishes in an Amazon watch list. Such lists can be created, found and edited very easily.

Create an Amazon watch list

The watch lists on Amazon are now called “shopping lists”. Creating a shopping list is very practical because it allows you as a customer to keep track of your purchasing wishes. Before you can find and edit an Amazon shopping list, at least one list must of course first exist. You can create such shopping lists via product pages, in the browser, in the Amazon app and with Alexa.

  • About product pages: When looking at the Amazon offers, you will find the “Add to List” drop-down menu far down on the right-hand side of each individual item. After clicking the downward-pointing arrowhead, you can select an existing shopping list or create new lists yourself.
  • Im Browser: After logging in to Amazon, click on the “Account and Lists” button on the home page. There you select the commands “My Lists” and then “Create New List”. After clicking the “Create” button, the new shopping list appears.
  • In the Amazon app: First, open the app and tap the people icon at the bottom left. Then select “My Lists” and then “Create New List”.
  • With Alexa: With the Amazon voice assistant Alexa, all you have to do is say: “Alexa, create a new shopping list”.

Find Amazon watch lists

Your watch lists or shopping lists are somewhat hidden, but can be found in the shopping cart, on the website or in the mobile app as follows:

  • In shopping cart: After logging in to Amazon, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the home page. All items currently in the shopping cart are listed there. At the bottom of this website, under the heading “Saved for later,” are all the items that have been collected in shopping lists so far.
  • On the website: After logging in, tap the “Account and Lists” button at the top right of the home page. There you come to the standard list called “Shopping List” that is always there and to the lists you have created yourself. These are labeled “Shopping List 1”, “Shopping Box 2”, etc. or the names you typed.
  • Mobile App: First you need to open the Amazon app and log in. Then click on the menu symbol with the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and select the “My Lists” button from the offers there.
