Telegram is one of the most popular messenger services. A Telegram account can be easily deleted within just a few clicks.
- Open the Telegram website via your internet browser. Then go to the FAQ area and open the “My Account” menu item there.
- Now open the “Delete your Telegram account” option. Enter your cell phone number and tap “Next.”
- You will now receive a message with a code in the Telegram app. Then enter the code on the website.
- In your private area, select “Delete Account.” Here you can provide a reason for deleting your account. However, the information is only optional and therefore not mandatory.
- You will now be automatically logged out of Telegram and your account will be deleted. You can then uninstall the Telegram app.
