In Assassin's Creed 2 you will encounter 20 different glyph puzzles. The puzzles are tricky but important to uncover Subject 16's secret.

Overall there is 20 Glyphen in Assassin's Creed 2, which are spread across the entire game world. Luckily, you don't have to search for them in any particular order, as each glyph automatically unlocks the next puzzle.

  • In the Villa Monteriggioni there is a glyph. You can find this on the southwest corner of the villa in the third chapter.
  • In the Tuscany and San Gimignano you can track down five more glyphs. These are located both in the community and outside of it.
  • In Romagna there are only two glyphs instead. You can find one right on the lighthouse wall facing the sea and the other on the roof of the Abbazia Di San Mercuriale in the center of Romagna.
  • Explore Venice extensively to discover the seven glyphs hidden there. Places like the tower of the Campanile di San Marco and below the Ponte di Rialto in the water are recommended.
  • There are five more glyphs in Florence. Buildings like the Ospedale Degli Innocent and the Basilica of San Lorenzo in Florence provide you with the important treasures.

  • In the photo of Houdini you will find the Eden shard a little below him right hand.
  • In the photo of Gandhi you will find the Eden fragment at the height of the Ellenbogen's.
