To pay at Zalando you have various options. In addition to credit card, invoice and PayPal, other options are available.
This is how you can pay at Zalando
Zalando offers you a selection of safe and convenient payment options. These are the available options:
- The invoice: You have 14 days to pay the invoice amount. If you send items back, the payment amount will be reduced accordingly after the return has been processed by Zalando. If you have already paid for the order before the return has been recorded, you will receive a refund to your bank account.
- Credit card: Zalando accepts MasterCard and Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Your card will be charged as soon as the goods leave the logistics center.
- PayPal: If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the online payment service at the end of the ordering process. After a few minutes, the payment is recorded at Zalando.
- SEPA direct debit: With this payment method you must provide the name of the account holder and the IBAN. The direct debit authorization remains valid for 36 months. You will not need to re-enter your bank details for future orders within this time frame. The invoice amount will be debited as soon as the retailer ships your order.
- Coupon: If you have a value or promotional voucher, you can enter the Zalando voucher code in two places in the payment process: in the “Payment method” step or before “Confirmation”.
- Payment in advance: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all important bank transfer information. Your ordered items will be reserved for you for seven days. Once payment has been cleared, the order will be processed. This can take up to five business days. This is why shipping takes longer for prepayment orders than for other payment methods.

Also note these points:
- restrictions: PayPal installment payments are not supported by the provider.
- Zalando Lounge: Different payment options apply in the Zalando online outlet than in the main shop. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and SEPA direct debit are available here.
- Zalando vouchers: These are valid for 5 years and are limited to a maximum value of €200 per card and purchase.
