Unfortunately, a completed Zalando order can no longer be changed, but it may be possible to cancel it.
Zalando order cannot be changed – canceling is worth a try
You cannot change an order after it has been placed. You can only cancel your order at Zalando as long as it has not yet been packed. If your order has already been shipped, your only option is to return it.
- Log in to Zalando with your access data and access the order overview.
- Select the order you want here and click “Cancel Order” or “Cancel Item” when you see such a button. Here you can cancel the entire order or just individual items.
- However, both options are only active as long as the ordered goods have not yet been made ready for dispatch.
- Important to know: If you used a voucher for your order, you cannot cancel individual items, but only the entire order. The same applies if you have ordered an item from a Zalando partner.
- If you have accidentally canceled an item or order, you can no longer reverse the cancellation. In this case, simply order the desired item again.
- For example, if you have entered the wrong address, you may be able to prevent delivery to “DPD” with a quick call to Zalando customer service. However, it is safer to cancel the order and reorder.
