Already at Town Hall Level 7 you can defend your village well in Clash of Clans by cleverly distributing and protecting your resources.
Clash of Clans: Clan War Defense with Town Hall Level 7
In the clan war in Clash of Clans, your resources should be on the outside, because that's where your opponents will find it hard to get their teeth into them.
- Your town hall should be in the center of every clan war village. Otherwise, your enemy would win one of the three stars just by doing this.
- The resources and construction workers' houses are on the outside. Enemy units destroy these first and are shot to pieces by your defenses.
- Their camps are located in the first outer defense ring, because they usually have a lot of life and hold up units longer than other buildings.
- The air defenses, mortars and magic towers are located centrally. These have a long range and are the most important units of your defense. The enemy must not get to them until as late as possible.
Defense for farming: Clash of Clans with Town Hall Level 7
To farm resources, some of the same rules apply as in clan war. However, you have to protect your elixirs and your gold! In the picture you can see another possible setup.
- As in clan war, you place your production facilities around your village. If you play regularly, these will be empty anyway and opponents will not be able to steal many resources.
- The situation is different with camps: you should place these in the inner ring when farming so that enemies cannot advance so quickly.
- The most important difference is the town hall. Many players will only attack you if they win and are happy with just one star. That's why you should place the town hall at the very edge of the map, outside your village. This way, opponents will often only attack the town hall and end the fight – and you will keep almost all of the resources.
