You can contact support directly via Amazon chat. Finding this can sometimes be a bit difficult.

Amazon: How to chat with support

If Amazon help is not enough, you can contact customer servicedirectly via chat. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the Amazon site or open the app. Report Then log in with your account.
  2. Click on the icon with the three horizontal stripes to open the menu. Scroll down until you find the option Customer Service find and select it.
  3. The Amazon support page will then open. There you will find your recent purchases and the buttons Help with another article and Help with another problem. Select either the relevant article or one of the issues.
  4. Now select a topic that narrows down your problem. Then narrow it down using further subcategories until you eventually click the button I need further help see. Select it.
  5. Now you can choose whether you want to contact customer support by phone or via chat. Select the Chat-Option to start the chat.
  6. You can then chat with customer support. To do so, write your Issue in the text field or select one of the suggested topics.
  7. Notice: The chat is available for 24 hours for the current topic, so you can take your time.
