Bumble requires you to give your profile a name when you register on the dating platform. While some people use their first name in the classic way, others come up with funny nicknames. But be careful: the name you have once chosen cannot be changed again so easily.
- Unlike other platforms, Bumble does not allow you to change your name in the profile settings. This only works via a detour.
- To change the profile name on Bumble, you need to contact customer service. Simply fill out the contact form and use the “Ask a general question” option. Describe your concern and wait for a response.
- If that isn't quick enough for you, you can of course delete your account and re-register on Bumble. Then you have another chance to give your profile a name. However, all your previous matches and chats will then be gone.
