Congstar with DSL: Cancel contract
If you want to terminate Congstar, you can end the respective contract in several ways. However, you need to pay attention to a few things.
- The Congstar DSL tariffs without a minimum contract term, you can cancel with two weeks' notice to the end of the month. For DSL tariffs with a term of 24 months, the notice period is three months to the end of the contract. If the contract is not terminated on time, the contract will be extended and can then be terminated on a monthly basis.
- You can cancel the DSL contract online at Congstar. The best way to do this is to use the following cancellation form from Congstar. Here you must provide your contract number or your customer number.
- Another way to end a DSL contract is to write a letter of termination, which you can then send by post to the following address: congstar GmbH, Customer Service, PO Box 1165, 61466 Kronberg.
Cancel your cell phone contract with Congstar
Use one Cell phone contractyou have several options for canceling.
- For a contract without a term, the notice period is two weeks to the end of the month. For a cell phone contract with a term of 24 months, the notice period is one month. If you do not cancel in time, you can do so at any time with one month's notice.
- The quickest way to cancel is via the congstar app. To do this, download the congstar app and open it. Under “Contract” and “Contract Details” tap “Cancel Contract”. You can then cancel the contract online. To do this, simply follow the instructions displayed during the cancellation process.
- Alternatively, you can also use the contact form here. In contrast to the app, the form is also available for extraordinary terminations. Another option here is to cancel by post.
