If you have any problems with the multiplayer game Clash Royale, you can contact support.
Contact Clash Royale Support – these are your options
Clash Royale comes from the Finnish game developer Supercell. The contact options are limited. The easiest way to contact support is directly from the game.
- You can access the settings via the gear symbol. Select “Help and Support” and then one of the suggested questions. At the bottom you will see the question “Was this helpful?”, which you answer with “No”. The message “You did not find this helpful” will then appear, as well as a “Contact” button. You can use this button to start a chat with support.
- However, you often have to wait up to 24 hours for a response in the chat. If that takes too long for you, you can also find many answers to questions on the Clash Royale support page without having to contact support directly.
- You can contact support via email at “[email protected]”. If your child is playing Clash Royale and has accidentally made an in-app purchase, you can contact support via email at [email protected].
- If you have any technical problems, you can use the contact form to contact support.
- You can of course also choose to send us your request by post. Please send your request in English to the address “Supercell Oy, 1 Jätkäsaarlaituri, 00180 Helsinki, Finland”.
