Clear history in Microsoft Edge
Clearing your browsing history helps protect your privacy. This can be important if you share your computer with multiple people. If you want to clear your search history in Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:
- In the three-dot menu at the top right, open the “Settings”
- In the context menu, select “Privacy, search and services”
- Here you will find the subsection “Clear browser data“.
- At “Select items to delete” you can select from the drop-down menu which time range, cookies or download history you want to delete. Then click on “Delete now“, the history will be removed.

- On your iPhone or iPad, go to “Settings”.
