At StayFriends you can delete your account in just a few steps. Gold members can also deactivate themselves from the platform.
StayFriends: Delete account
On StayFriends you can stay in touch with old friends and schoolmates. If you no longer want to use the StayFriends platform, you can easily delete your account.
- Visit the StayFriends website and log in.
- Go to “Settings”, “Master data”, “Delete my entry”, “Delete this entry”.
- Now follow the instructions displayed to deactivate your account.

Cancel Gold memberships at Stayfriends
If you do not want your Gold membership to automatically renew for a year, you must also cancel it.
- Go to the StayFriends website. Click on “My Gold Membership” and then on “Account Statement”.
- Here you can deactivate the automatic renewal. Your Gold subscription will then expire at the scheduled time – unfortunately you cannot cancel it before then and you will not receive a pro rata refund if you cancel earlier.
