Easybox Login – how to login
If your Easybox login doesn't work, you have several options to solve the problem.
- First, check whether the standard access data for the Easybox is correct. The IP address is “192.168.2.1”, the standard user name is “root”. The standard password is “123456”. It is important that you use the correct IP address. Enter this in the address bar of your browser.
- If these login details are incorrect because you have already changed the password yourself, you can reset the Easybox to the factory settings and restart it. To do this, find the reset button on the back of the Easybox. Press the button for around ten seconds. The lights on the box should start flashing. Try logging in with the default data.
- If that doesn't help, you can try either clearing the cache and cookies in your browser or you can try using a different browser.
- Also check the connection between your device and the Easybox. The connection should work properly and be via WLAN or LAN. An unstable connection will usually cause the login to fail.
- If you use a password you have set yourself rather than the default password, make sure you spell the password correctly and enter all special characters correctly. Check whether the Caps Lock key is activated.
- If none of the tips above help, you should contact the Vodafone hotline. It could be a problem with the Internet or the firmware. If the tips above have helped, you can now configure your Easybox.
