You can easily insert the Germany ticket into your Apple Wallet without wasting much time. This means you always have the ticket at hand.
Put the Germany ticket in your Apple Wallet: Instructions
Depending on the provider you bought the Germany ticket from, the settings may differ, but they work in a very similar way. If you have purchased a BVG ticket, it works in the following way:
- Obtain the digital version of the Deutschlandladticket from your provider. You can use the ticket in Apple Wallet in a similar way to your vaccination certificate.
- In this case, download the BVG ticket app, for example. If you bought it from another provider, download the respective app.
- Go to the point in the app “Germany ticket“. Use the three dots at the top right to get to “Add ticket to ticket“.
- The ticket has been added to Apple Wallet and can then be used.
- The Germany ticket will cost you 58 euros from 2025 (as of October 2024).
- Tipp: If you don't feel like loading the Germany ticket into your digital wallet, use a special ID card holder so you don't lose the ticket.
