If your website is not found in Google searches, you can have the homepage added to the Google index. This can be done in just a few steps.
Index your own website on Google – this is how it works
As a rule, Internet users find websites via search engines. For example, if you run a business, it is important that you can be found on Google using your own website. You can add a website to Google in just a few steps.
- First create a Google account. If you don't have a Google account, you won't be able to post a website on Google. So set up an account and log in.
- Then log in to Google Search Console. You can easily register your website there. To do this, go to the website in your Internet browser and click on “Add Property”.
- In the next step, enter the full URL of your website in the field provided. Then click on the “Add” option.
- The website is now logged into Google Search Console. In a second step, Google checks the website in an internal process and then indexes it.
