Oktoberfest 2024: Reserve tables online and by phone
In 2024, the Oktoberfest will take place from 21.09. to 06.10. Many hosts offer reservations for their tents. If you want to get a place in the most popular tents, you should be quick. Tables are in high demand, especially at weekends. Depending on the tent, reservations are accepted earlier or later. While some hosts already in January the best places, you have to wait until April wait.
Oktoberfest 2024: Here you can reserve tables
If you can't get a table at the tent you want, you can try your luck at Oktoberfest-Tischreservierungen.de. This is a marketplace where reservations are passed on and transferred to the buyer. However, the prices here are sometimes significantly higher than those charged by the organizer themselves.
- Paulaner Festival Tent: Reservations are only possible online on the Paulaner Festzelt website. It is possible to specify the day, time, Number of people (at least 10) and the marquee area. You can only reserve tables of 10 people each. A processing fee and a shipping fee are payable for the reservation. In addition, a Minimum consumption tied to the reservation, which depends on the seat.
- Pschorr Bräurosl: Reservations are possible online on the Pschorr Bräurosl website. However, you have to be quick, as bookings are already being made from spring You will not be able to reserve a table here at short notice, for example in September.
- Kufflers Weinzelt: Reservations can only be made using an online form on the Knufflers website. Payment must be made via Paymentlink and the reservation must be picked up at the tent office. The offer depends on when you want to book. Experience has shown that at short notice there are often only lunch or afternoon slots available.
- Shooting festival tent: You can reach the Schützen-Festzelt online on the Schützen-Festzelt website. You are unlikely to find a table here at short notice, as all tables are often already reserved by September. If you book early enough, you can reserve for 8 or 10 people. The minimum consumption is calculated based on the time of day, the day of the week and the number of people.
- Schottenhammel: On the Schottenhammel website you will find a reservation form that allows you to reserve for 8 or 10 people. The first reservation requests will be already processed in Julywhich is why only a few tables are to be expected here in the short term.
- Löwenbräu-Schützenfestzelt: The Löwenbräu tent does not have its own online form. Reservations have been accepted here by email at [email protected] since mid-March. However, you can not for evening reservation and only from Monday to Thursday between 12pm and 4:30pm.
- Käfer Wiesn-Tavern: Reservations are possible on the Feinkost Käfer website. You have to pay 45 euros per person in advance. It is possible to secure 3 appointments with at least 6 people, but a double reservation for lunch/afternoon or afternoon/evening is not possible. When we checked in mid-September 2024, there was only one free table for the time between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Reservations for the evening were no longer possible.
- Crossbowman's tent: In September, reservations are often only possible for selected days and times. You can reserve your table using the online reservation form on the website. There is a processing fee of 1.50 euros per seat and you must purchase vouchers for food and drinks in advance.
- Fischer-Vroni: You can make a reservation via the Fischer-Vroni website. It is possible to make a spontaneous reservation 24 hours before the desired date.
