Pause Fabletics membership
Before you sign the contract, you will be informed about the terms and conditions of a Fabletics membership. VIP membership will then only be activated for you if you agree to all the terms and conditions and consciously decide to do so. You can pause your membership at any time:
- Visit fabletics.de on the Internet.
- Then call your Profile on.
- Now click on the button in your boutique: “Pause month“.
- Danger: For the current month you must do this between the 1st and 5th day carry out.
- If you do not shop or take a break by the 5th day of the month, you will be charged the membership fee of 54.95 euros (member credit) for the current month!
- The member credit remains in your account and can be redeemed at any time.
How VIP membership works
After registering and concluding the contract, you will receive monthly styling suggestions that are tailored to you. During the registration process, you provided information about what type of person you are and what interests you in clothing.
- On the 1st of every month, individual outfits are put together for you that are tailored to you, your workouts and your free time.
- By the 5th day of each month, log into your user account and purchase your favorites.
- However, there is no obligation to purchase! If you do not want to buy anything this month, even outside of the suggested styling package, simply pause.
- All you have to do is click the pause month button in the boutique area by the 5th of each month.
- You can pause for as many months as you want.
- If you miss the 5th day, 54.95 euros will be debited from the deposited payment method and credited to your account.
- You can also redeem the credit later, but only for the stated value of the goods.
- There is also a bonus system in the shop. Collected points do not expire if you pause your membership, but they expire after 12 months if you do not make any purchases and immediately if you cancel your membership.
