How to get a secret gift in Pokémon Crimson & Purple
If you play Pokémon Crimson & Purple, you can look forward to free secret gifts from time to time. Usually, all you need is a code and you will receive a special item or a Pokémon in return.
- Your console must first be connected to the Internet in order to request Mystery Gifts from Pokémon.
- Then press the X button to enter the menu.
- Open the PokéPortal and then go to “Mystery Gift”.
- Under “Receive Gift” you can choose whether you want to check a secret gift, receive it via the Internet or serial code.
