Pokémon Run & Bun is a ROM hack of the Emerald Edition that significantly increases the difficulty level and offers up to 500 battles in the Hoenn region.

Run & Bun is a Pokémon ROM Hack by dekzehThe Emerald Edition with the usual story is used as a basis. However, the region and the route have been adapted to match the increased level of difficulty.
- Dekzeh was inspired by other ROM hacks like Emerald Kaizo. This means that up to 500 fights on you, including 30 boss fightswhich increase the level of difficulty even further.
- The fan game uses updated mechanics, Pokémon and their values up to eighth generationThis allows you to put together your own individual team for the tough battles. This also includes new trade Pokémon that are different from the original Emerald version.
- The heart of the ROM hack lies in the revised combat system. There are new Field effects to use, depending on the location of the players. In addition, you must have a specific Level in order to be able to compete against them.
- EVs were completely removed from the game and Hidden machines (VM) you no longer have to teach your Pokémon to use them, giving you more freedom in composing your team's moveset.
- There are also new attack teachers and certain NPCs at each computer where you can change the nature, IVs and attacks of your Pokémon. This only costs a small amount. Run & Bun wants to give you the opportunity to prepare your team for battles as effectively as possible.
