XING TalentManager – what is it?

With the XING TalentManager, companies can find new employees and draw on a pool of more than 22 million members.

XING Talent Manager: Functions of the active sourcing tool

The XING platform is a network of employees and employers. According to Statista, there are a total of 22.5 million registered users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Like CHIP, XING also belongs to Hubert Burda Media.

  • Many companies today no longer just wait for applications, but are also actively looking for new employees. The XING TalentManager is designed to make this system, known as “active sourcing”, much easier.
  • Companies upload job advertisements to XING. The advertisement is then automatically read and Xing shows potential candidates.
  • Companies can then contact these candidates or browse their profiles anonymously. They can also see the desired salary or place of work – if specified by the employee.
  • HR managers can clearly manage the list of professionals who have applied and add their own notes.
