The “10 Minute Mail” is a short-term, anonymous, disposable email address. However, there are also equally good alternatives.
Alternatives to “10 Minute Mail”
The 10MinuteMail.com service is extremely practical and promises a more or less reputable email address, but this is only valid for a maximum of ten minutes. There are other options on the Internet for using a disposable email address. Here are some examples:
- Trash-Mail: The Trash-Mail service offered the most features in the test. Here you can not only design your own email address ([email protected]), but also receive attachments up to a size of one MB. Your messages are also stored for up to six hours. All this without annoying advertising or registration. No other service currently offers this much convenience.
- WegWerfMail (MüllMail): Here you can also create your own email address ([email protected]) if it has not already been assigned. This is valid for up to 60 minutes. Unfortunately, some emails arrived a little late in the test.
- SpoofMail: This provider has also designed its services very clearly and works extremely reliably. The big advantage here lies in the selection of email addresses. You can choose between the variants @CheatMail.de, @SmashMail.de, @SneakMail.de and @SpoofMail.de.
- Mailinator: With Mailinator you can test your email and SMS workflow as well as logins, 2FA verifications and password resets. If you use a single email address, it's free for you. You access multiple inboxes. However, keep in mind that there is no privacy here.
- TempMail: This website generates an instant temporary email address. Using a menu control, you copy the generated email address, change the address and then delete it again.
- Fake Mail Generator: Visit the website and generate an instant email address from various domains. If you can't decide, the generator will assign you one itself.
- Guerrilla Mail: Here you are offered a fake inbox that you can use not just for ten minutes, but for as long as you keep your session open. You will lose your mail ID when you close the browser tab.
- MailDrop: Only one domain is available. Nevertheless, MailDrop offers a reliable alternative to “10 Minute Mail”. Again, you are completely free to choose your email address.
- Getnada: This website only offers you predefined email addresses. The domain is @vomoto.com. The numerous mailboxes are available 24 hours a day and support rich text.
